Job Description: Reporting to the VP, Global Digital marketing, the Digital Marketing Director – Latam South will:
Directly and indirectly impact xxM€ annual revenue via demand generation (delivery of leads for sales teams & ecommerce funnel), conversion, cross sell/upsell, retention and engagement of clients, merchants and consumers within Latam South (Brazil, Chile, Peru, Uruguay). Translate Global Digital Marketing priorities into Latam South context to create Digital Marketing go-to-market and activation plans and, own and manage delivery of plans via a team of circa 15 people located across 3 countries, as well as through external partners and agencies with zzM€ annual budget. As part of the Global Pluxee Digital Marketing team, contribute actively to improve its efficiency and business impact in sharing best practices, success & failures, results, possibly in supporting global tool selection or global methods definition etc... Your main responsibilities will cover the following for Latam South:
Contribute to the definition and continuous refinement of Global Digital Marketing priorities that will deliver against Pluxee's strategy and business goals in terms of new business, retention, engagement, and self-care targets for all stakeholders (clients/ merchants/ consumers) along their whole lifecycle (awareness & acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention & expansion). For Latam South countries, in liaison with country product teams, translate priorities and targets in a plan that combines the right balance of always-on activities and ad-hoc campaigns orchestrating them optimally across all digital channels (SEO, Paid media, social media, email, SMS, in-app, mobile push, web/app incl. personalization). Align with Global Digital Marketing Hub on proposed plan. Own and coordinate the execution of the agreed plan and be accountable for its business outcomes. Based on dependencies with other projects, performance analysis and competitive analysis, identify risks, impacts, trends and insights. Adjust and optimize plan accordingly, liaising with Global Hub and local Product teams. Address crisis and incident management demands as needed, supporting local teams. Supervise the operational management of the digital platforms/tools that are used to attract, capture, and convert, grow, retain and recapture clients, merchants & consumers including the "front door website". Based on annual plans and their regular adjustments, assess and anticipate capacity requirements and any specific project or tool deployments to ensure that resources align with anticipated demand for effective execution. Establish forecasts & targets and agree on them with all stakeholders. Monitor and report progress, performance, overall ROI/ROAS using standard KPI framework and assess results against forecast/ targets. Lead and mentor the Latam South Digital Marketing team (c. 15 FTEs), fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Manage agencies & vendors including selection, negotiation, performance evaluation, and contract management. Oversee financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for all digital marketing activities, in coordination with the finance team. Contribute to the global digital marketing community in sharing learnings and REX with other multi-country teams and ensure the right level of ambassadorship of digital marketing and its achievement across the organization. Education Requirements:
Master's degree in business administration, Marketing or quantitative fields.
Work Experience Requirements: Min 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing in BtoB and ideally BtoC/BtoBtoC environments. Min 5 years of experience in a people management position of large teams, ideally with experience managing multicultural and geographically distributed teams. Both doer & thinker. Comfortable with linking Digital Marketing efforts to producing business results (lead generated, converted, ecommerce sales etc...) and to meeting revenue targets. Experience in working in a matrix global organization and ideally within a hub & spoke model. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence in transverse situations. Builds a culture of authentic collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries. Relies on data facts to make decisions. Demonstrates strong data and statistics literacy and very strong analytical skills. Ability to transform data into recommendations. Very structured (multiple aspects in //). Meticulous, attention to details. Desire to learn, test, and discover on a continuous mode (and of course readiness to recognize gaps in own knowledge). Ability to travel. Languages:
Fluent at least in one of the language spoken in Latam South, Brazilian a strong plus, Mandatory fluent English.
Competencies: Operational experience in Digital Marketing covering all required disciplines. In-depth knowledge of buyer's journey and how various marketing channels work at each stage of the funnel to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Strong understanding of how customer buying journeys interact with the sales process and understanding of how leads and opportunities are tracked and measured through a sales pipeline. Must have a successful track record of scaling digital Marketing efforts, bringing them to the next level of performance & impacting results. Track record in deploying successfully complex automated approaches that delivered impact on business results is a must. Strong understanding and ideally successful experience in deploying an always-on & automated next best action ("NBA") Digital Marketing strategy that orchestrates optimally activities across all digital channels (SEO, Paid media, social media, email, SMS, in-app, mobile push, web/app incl. personalization). Solid understanding of technical and data models & flows aspects of automation and orchestration. Good understanding of GDPR (or local data protection regulation) compliant practices. Working knowledge of advanced measurement systems such as Multi-Touch Attribution. Strong track record in managing projects from concept to completion. Ability to articulate complex workflows, dependencies, solutions, and trade-offs. Successful experience in driving agencies. MS suite, with very good command of excel. Knowledge of the following tools a plus: Acquia CMS/sitestudio/contenthub, Hubspot or Pardot or similar large provider of marketing automation, any CDP or orchestration tool, Google Analytics 4.
