We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager (or Senior Associate) with expertise in managing ad spend, optimizing social media presence, and driving measurable results.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking ROI and KPIs while ensuring the seamless integration of leads with the sales team.
This role includes managing all social media accounts, ensuring the company's online presence is optimized and aligned with business objectives.
Additionally, the candidate will create and oversee a detailed marketing calendar, build effective marketing funnels, and manage digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising across platforms such as Facebook, , Google, YouTube, and email marketing campaigns.
Compensation: Fixed Pay: R$10,000 Bonus: Performance-based bonus in USD Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM BRT (1-hour lunch break).

Qualifications: Proven Experience: 3 years experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, , Google, and YouTube.
Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of advertising analytics, KPIs, and performance optimization strategies.
Marketing Funnel Expertise: Proven experience in creating and managing successful marketing funnels.
Results-Oriented: Ability to take ownership of marketing initiatives and drive impactful results.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including email marketing and social media.
