Due to our constant growth, we are looking for: Digital Marketing Manager - Business English Job Description: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our FX/CFD trading platform. This includes managing online campaigns, optimizing digital content, and analyzing performance metrics to maximize the reach and effectiveness of our marketing initiatives. This role is essential for improving the company's visibility and attracting new clients. Education: Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields. Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase visibility for our trading platform. Manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Create and optimize digital content, including social media posts, blogs, and emails. Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess marketing campaign effectiveness. Identify and explore new digital marketing opportunities to attract new clients. Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing promotional materials. Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure a positive return on investment. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. Proven experience managing online advertising campaigns and creating digital content. Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and metrics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.). Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas. Prior experience in the financial sector or trading platforms is a plus. Fluency in English; additional language skills are valued. Work Location: Avenida Presidente Juscelino Kubitischek (100% on-site).
