They are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to assist with various marketing functions, focusing on PPC and digital ad placements and organic social campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a scrappy startup environment and is eager to learn and take on new challenges.
Location: Fully remote (Work from home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities: PPC and Digital Ad Placements: Manage digital ad placements, particularly on Google Ads and Meta.
Execute and optimize PPC campaigns autonomously with strategic support from the company, including off-site advertising, on-site advertising, and programmatic advertising.
Organic Social Campaigns: Assist in creating and executing social media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta to enhance brand awareness and engagement within a B2B context.
Email Marketing: Contribute to email marketing efforts, including drafting and scheduling campaigns using various ESPs (e.g., HubSpot).
This includes email production, setting up, and email trafficking.
Customer Journey Understanding: Help develop customer journey maps to improve user experience and engagement based on insights and performance data.
Keyword Research: Support keyword research initiatives to enhance search engine visibility and inform ad targeting.
Client-Centric Approach: Maintain a focus on client needs, ensuring that marketing activities align with client objectives and deliver positive outcomes.
What Success Looks Like: Effective PPC Campaigns: Successfully execute and optimize PPC campaigns, driving positive brand impact and demonstrating autonomy in your approach.
Engaging Social Media Presence: Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand presence.
Supportive Email Marketing: Help maintain and improve email marketing efforts, contributing to increased engagement and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Marketing Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in various marketing areas, particularly in PPC and digital advertising.
PPC Knowledge: Basic understanding of PPC strategies and digital ad placements, with a willingness to take the initiative and lead these efforts.
Social Media Skills: Experience or knowledge of social media campaign execution, especially in a B2B context.
Email Marketing Exposure: Experience with email marketing platforms and practices, including email production and trafficking.
Fluent English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Startup Mindset: A proactive, scrappy attitude, with a passion for learning and challenging yourself in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational Skills: Hands-on approach to managing timelines and budgets.
