The Sales and Marketing Business unit is looking for a digital marketing professional to join the Latam Business team.
Reporting to the Head of Sales Americas, as marketing Specialist you will be responsible for planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, affiliate database and display advertising campaigns, mainly with Google Ads, budget and CPA management, to achieve digital marketing goals for our main customers (Tier-1 Mobile Operators).
You will be expected to drive and make recommendations regarding how to engage customers most effectively within digital channels.
Partnership with ad networks/affiliates for driving paid subscription-based acquisition for Telecom VAS products like Games, Contest, RBT and other products.
Responsibilities You will be in charge of Digital Marketing campaigns to onboard new subscribers to our Mobile services on a CPC, CPA model.
Create, Plan and execute the digital campaign's integration with affiliates: URLs creations and post backs integrations Budget and Traffic control partners - integration in each campaign of each service Raising requirements to product team when necessary for improvements in UX.
Troubleshooting: Testing services on different devices: Measure KPIs and raise issues.
You will play an important role collaborating with the Regional Account Managers for recommendations to acquire and engage customers most effectively within digital channels.
Will be expected to find the best offer to be promoted in each country (scope Latam) provisioning materials to the affiliate partners.
You will be in charge of identification of trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on it.
Qualifications Ability to Liaise with Product, Operations, Delivery and Sales teams Strong relationship with carrier Billing partners in Brazil other Latam countries.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience on digital marketing platforms and internal tools.
Experienced with VAS services and Telecom Operators is desirable Solid knowledge of online marketing tools, specially Google AdWords Advanced English, Portuguese and Spanish Excellent analytical skills.
Experience desired 3-4 years' experience on the Digital Services & Contents industry (Mobile VAS), mobile/web storefronts development, deployment and testing Knowledge of the mobile content industry.
Games, Kids, families or similar will be desired.
Exposure to Brasil and other Latam markets as Mexico.
