We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Website & Social Media Specialist .
We are looking for help with developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies, managing our website presence, and overseeing our social media channels.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our online presence, drive brand awareness, and generate leads.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, WordPress or web development, and social media management.
Some areas we are looking for your expertise: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive online traffic.
Manage and update the company website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Monitor website performance, analyze metrics, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, ), including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to target specific audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, website development, and social media management.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for online marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and contractors as needed to support digital marketing efforts.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
Brazilian Portuguese and English is a MUST.
Spanish is a Plus .
Skills: Proven work experience in digital marketing, website management, and social media.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO techniques, and social media platforms.
Proficiency in website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Experience with Mailchimp in creating campaigns.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Ads).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop engaging content.
Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
