Digital Media Specialist (Junior) Labelium, an International Digital Marketing Performance Agency with 23 offices worldwide and over 900 employees, is seeking a Digital Media Specialist to join our team in Brazil and help manage our diverse client portfolio. About the Position:Planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest.Analyzing and measuring results with ongoing optimization proposals based on strategic insights.Extracting and applying insights to boost future campaign performance, driving impactful results for our clients.Leading weekly and monthly client meetings to present results and offer improvement recommendations.Interpreting and managing dashboards in Data Studio to ensure clear KPI visibility.Collaborating with the team on execution and strategy tasks, fostering an environment of learning and growth. Desired Skills and Qualifications:2 to 3 years of experience in Digital Performance Marketing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in English.Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager.Familiarity with additional tools, such as Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360, Amazon Advertising, Mercado Livre Ads, Data Studio, Excel and Sheets.Organized with a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.Proactive and strong team collaboration skills.
