**What you will do**:

- Build strong and productive relationships with photographers
- Manage the portfolio of around 300 photographers
- Serve as the voice of the client for the photographers
- Conduct weekly/biweekly/monthly touch base depending on photographers' value
- Establish a trustworthy relationship and a strong sense of community with photographers
- Establish communication routines: gathering feedback on service and tools, updates on assignments

**What you need to succeed in this role**:

- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Mandatory 1+ year experience as a Success Manager
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM system
- Background in photography-related areas
- Analytical and research skills
- Mature and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

**Will be a great plus**:

- Fluency in Spanish
