What you will do:Within Volvo Trucks Latin America Digital & IT function you will be part of a global and diverse team of highly skilled professionals, we learn and improve continuously and embrace change to stay ahead.As a Digital Product Manager Sr., you will work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, ensuring our digital products deliver continuous value and meet business goals.You will act as a digital business partner, collaborating with various business functions related to People and Culture (e.g., Payroll & Time Management, Labor Relations, Benefits, Health and Safety, Travel and Expense Management, Learning, Talent Acquisition, Performance & Workforce Management, Service Delivery, Environmental Risks) and the Digital and IT community. These will be some selected responsibilities:Define and communicate the digital product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmaps.Align digital initiatives with business strategy and ensure goals are well understood.Maintain an overview of products within the product area, ensuring business processes are supported.Lead interactions with stakeholders and end users, collecting feedback through analytics and user input.Design user-centric experiences that provide continuous value.Analyze market trends, technology, and the competitive landscape to inform product decisions.Identify dependencies and plan resource needs.Drive the product planning cycle, including roadmap, resource allocation, and budgeting.Ensure digital products comply with legal, compliance, and security requirements.Develop and execute release and roll-out plans, including change management and training.Identify and escalate successes, issues, risks, and potential actions.Foster strong collaboration and teamwork within the organization.Who You Are:?You are eager to advance your career and work with amazing people worldwide. To succeed in this role, you should have:Experience working with People & Culture digital solutions.A university degree and fluency in English (Spanish fluency is a plus).Experience in IT management and leading functional teams.Knowledge of digital product orientation, agile methodologies, and IT trends.Experience with tools as (Success Factor, RM Labore, Argo and DUAPI) will be a plus.An understanding of cost drivers in systems delivery and the business impact of technical decisions.Familiarity with enterprise digital development and technical architecture.Proven skills in cross-functional collaboration and managing both performance and transformation aspects of the job.In addition, you are a passionate believer in lifelong learning.
