**We are a unit in DDA Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Purchasing **is a global unit within Digital & IT with the responsibility for IT solutions and IT projects related to the manufacturing or logistics.
This position is to work in
**Digital Delivery GTO Europe & Brazil Manufacturing (E&BM) **and
** Digital Delivery GTO Powertrain Production (Powertrain)**.
**Manufacturing and Logistics team**
You will have 32 passioned colleagues engaged in 5 Stable Teams (Production, Control, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Plant Maintenance and Operational Support) who understand communication is everything and everything is communication.

As Digital Product Owner you will be able to combine your negotiation skill, managing the team backlog with close relationship with business areas, understanding and capturing user needs and translate to the team, secure deliveries with quality for GTO Europe & Brazil Manufacturing and GTO Powertrain Production.
Your focus will be to collaborate with stakeholders, analyze their needs and turn the product roadmap into working deliverables.
You will work with cross-functional product teams, giving you an opportunity to share your knowledge and ideas of improvements in a larger context.
You have a logical, analytical and creative approach opportunities and the ability to communicate with customers, colleagues and management to explain complex demands.
**Who are you?
**
- Relevant experience as an IT Business Analyst or Solution Leader or Delivery Leader or even as Product Owner;
- Ability to present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations in verbal, written, and presentation formats using storytelling and logical arguments;
- Good understanding of formalized methods for specification (e.g., Use Case Modelling, Data Modelling) and tools;
- You have the ability to conduct meetings and is a good presenter;
- You have experience with Agile and tools (e. g. Azure);
- You know in an overall level about Industry 4.0 pillars;
- Experience on Digital Products domain will be considered a plus;
- Have knowledge in Mainframe will be considered a plus;
**Your main activities and responsibilities**:
- Clarify team purpose, strategy and business priorities;
- Manage the team backlog;
- Order and ensure that the backlog is visible, transparent, and understood;
- Secure that the digital product is developed and maintained in compliance within given architecture, security requirements and digital product strategy until decommissioning is completed;
- Manage budget and financial follow up for owned digital products and solutions;
- Manage dependencies and collaborate with other teams and business partners, as needed;
- Secure that SLAs are established and fulfilled end to end for any solutions managed by the team;
- Manage lifecycle management and support of digital products and solutions in team scope;
- Secure that team regularly collects feedback on implemented work;
- Contribute on digital product roadmap and capacity planning;
- Responsible for team and culture development to secure proper capacity and capability for its delivery;
- Close collaboration with business representatives from the Digital & IT department to ensure high quality, stable and secure solutions;
- Gather and clarify requirements from business stakeholders about new functionalities;
- Establish a requirements management plan;
- Analyze processes and data structures to validate the feasibility of demanded solutions and contribute to the design of data models and reporting solutions;
- Approve the delivery of User Stories and support the execution of User Acceptance Tests;
- Actively participate in all agreed agile events and support the business on finding techniques for effective Product Goal definition and new features in collaboration with the Squad;
- Propose changes that make the system more efficient and/or reduces operation or maintenance cost;
**Education**
- Fluent English and native Portuguese, both written and spoken;
- Relevant university degree in IT;
