The Role
What you will do:
Communicate with the team and clients on a daily basis
Ensure communication is smooth between GOAT and the client
Follow up repeatedly until you're satisfied that everything is done to standards
Monitor project's progress, from kickoff to delivery/launch
Stay on top of milestones and deadlines
Anticipate and identify project roadblocks, and support the team in finding solutions
Make sure projects stay on budget
Send status updates to clients
Schedule and attend client meetings (Google Meet), and take notes
Create reports and other materials or working documents needed for client and internal meetings
Onboard new clients
Write Scope of Work for new projects coming in
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee project success
Report on Project Status and Progress on a daily basis to the Director of Project Management
Tools We Use:
Gmail, Asana, Slack, Hubstaff for time tracking, Google Sheets + Docs, Google Calendar, Keynote, ChatGPT

Ideal Profile
To be successful you should:
Have experience as a Project Manager, minimum 2 years
Be fluent in English and have proper English grammar to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region
Be able to communicate with the team and clients, both speaking and writing
Be responsible and reliable
Have strong communication skills
Have strong organizational skills
Be able to manage your own and other team members' time
Have a detail-oriented mindset and habits — this means keeping lists, lots of lists
