ABOUT THE ROLE SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES ?Develop an existing portfolio of 10 key accounts (front-line digital agencies).?Business development of a pre-existing account (TIER 1 & TIER 2).?Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.?Build client relationships.?Evangelize and articulate the unique value proposition of DynAdmic to top agencies, media desks or premier brands. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: ?Proven experience in managing sales situations with client executives?A track record of exceeding sales target?High-level of initiative?Demonstrated ability to manage his/her own pipeline of prospects and clients?Collaborate with client services and product teams to engage key partners?Define product and service solutions that meet partner's needs?Self-starter with passion for customer-focused, rapidly changing and largely undefined industry?Ability to see the endgame of each business opportunity?Experience in online advertising?Excellent written and verbal communication skills?Digital video sales experience is ideal?Prior experience in high-growth internet or advertising technology company preferred BENEFITS ?Start Up Culture: short communication channels, from intern to CEO.
