**Experience**:
Years of related experience at a professional level.
Systems integration consulting or system engineering leadership experience for managed infrastructure service providers a plus.
Including five or more years in a managerial role, providing strategy, vision and direction.
Activities of subordinates or contractors varied considerably in objective and content and encompassed more than one discipline.
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
Advanced degree preferred.
Technology, Management or Program/project management certifications a plus.
Cloud Practitioner certification is preferred.

**Strategy**: For the business units and/or technology area you support, align with business to thoroughly understand strategy and develop technology roadmaps to support.
Align the required project portfolio, initiatives and budget to support it.
This includes alignment with regional and global strategies as well.
**Roadmap**: For the business and/or technology areas you support, oversee managers to establish the plan, timing and order of initiatives that support the business strategy/initiatives, maintain current levels of hardware/software, plans and support cloud migration of core systems and accounts for changes in regulations, information security.
**Business Value**: Proactively align with business and lead teams in raising new initiatives, automation, digitalization and innovation that offer additional business value, improve the customer experience, solve business problems and/or provide efficiencies to the organization.
Serves as technology leader within Nissan Digital having thorough knowledge on various technologies and platforms.
Understand industry best practices and standards to ensure continuous optimization of delivery effectiveness.
Frequently sought out by others across the enterprise for their expertise and guidance.
Design and facilitate the migration of core business systems, focusing on cloud-based solutions (AWS Cloud)
Coordinates the initiation, assessment, approval, and status of all Requests for Service submitted to vendors.
Assists in problem escalation with vendors and the resolution of cross-company issues.
**Budgeting**: Establish and manage annual budget planning process, determine all costs (projects, software, maintenance, etc.
), drive cost reduction efforts.
Oversee communication of budget to senior business and IS management.
**Program Management**: Oversee managers and project managers ensure projects align with desired business outcome, on planned schedule, manage scope, escalate issues, hold vendors accountable, ensure status is reported to senior management, and maintain budgeted cost.
Has subordinate managers (not supervisors) and/or senior level individual contributors or contractors.
Direct and build high performing team.
Manages employees by establishing annual performance goals, allocating resources, assessing annual performance, and determining individual merit, incentive and/or promotional increases.
Supervises and provides leadership, coaching, guidance, training, career counseling and staff development, interviews and selects employees; recommends merit increases, transfers and promotions; counsels and disciplines employees as necessary; recommends termination when appropriate; and monitors attendance of subordinates.
