Leads the site's overall manufacturing operations initiatives and facilitates proper execution of operational goals.
Oversees operational areas and is accountable for daily execution of the system.
A member of site leadership executing business strategy.
A critical role within the help chain supporting effective and efficient resolution for escalating items with a pulse on rotation groups.
Job ResponsibilitiesOversees continuous improvement using lean manufacturing with a strong discipline to systems execution.Builds strong employee and labor relations to ensure a high-level of engagement.Achieves plant goals and initiatives affecting safety, quality, cost, delivery, people and sustainability.Implements and supports policies, programs and initiatives.Education RequirementsBachelor's Degree Required
Education SpecificationsBachelor's in Engineering or Business Degree PreferredMBA PreferredExperience RequirementsRequired Typically requires a minimum of 12 years related experience.
