Genesys is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Direct Response Representative (DRR).
In this role, you will help identify and qualify new sales opportunities, focusing on warm leads and collaborating with our Sales team to build a consistent pipeline that drives revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to inbound (warm) leads: Evaluate customer interest generated through a variety of channels.
Follow-up within required timeframes, ensuring a prompt and effective qualification process.
Move prospective customers through the sales funnel.Prospect & identify opportunities: Learn and apply strategic techniques to identify potential customers and uncover key contacts within target accounts.Nurture relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them understand the value of our solutions.Conduct high-level product demonstrations: Showcase Genesys products and capabilities.Achieve targets: Meet quarterly goals by transforming leads into opportunities, tracking key performance indicators, and maintaining strong follow-up practices.QualificationsEducational background: A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience gained through military service (US only).Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
