Director - Client Delivery Senior Manager Main responsibilities: Responsible for designing and building the product offering for Brazilian traditional and Alternative Funds. Specially focused on the building solutions, the platform strategy, the selection of appropriate vendors and management of product development and projects related to technology. The main priority of the role is to ensure the offering is fully adapted to client and regulatory needs, and translate it into executable projects, as well as leading the project team on its execution. Platform Strategy: Responsible for defining, in alignment with global recommendations and local reality, the correct platforms and architecture to support the business and future growth for all products. Strategic Solutioning : responsible for managing all enhancement requests - associated to existing clients, or RFPs, defining the sustainable and scalable solution to be adopted/developed. IT Book of Work Management: Centralize and control all the IT related projects, budget, prioritization, critical dates, and timelines. Project Management: Responsible for defining project scopes, format, engagement of stakeholders, project management, resources, and timeline management of all projects, BAU or large scale, for all the products. Implementation management: oversight of implementation management, for incremental or large-scale deals.
