Location(s): ChileCity/Cities: Santiago de ChileTravel Required:Relocation Provided:Job Posting End Date: November 20, 2024Shift:Job Description Summary:Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:Lead integration with Global Team to adapt B2C Global XPs strategies to meet specific needs of the LatAm Market and develop Digital Local XPs new initiatives and business capabilities.
Main projects are:B2C Growth Strategy Development: responsible for leading and executing innovative and sustainable growth strategies with a transversal support between global and local consumer priorities.
Monitor and analyze business metrics, making data-driven decisions and optimizations.Digital Shelf: Lead collaboration between DTS and other stakeholders to address Global XPs team needs to pilot Digital Shelf strategy in LatAm.D2C LatAm: Lead D2C strategy in emerging markets (Argentina, Brazil and Guatemala), connecting business needs, Bottlers operation and technical improvements with DTS.
Support growth and ops strategy of D2C ETH Mexico.Business Capabilities: Develop and enhance business capabilities, tools, engagement and communication plans for Bottlers to optimize operational efficiency.Stakeholder ManagementThis is a director level role.
This role will require senior-level stakeholder engagement across The Coca-Cola Company, our Bottling partners and is expected to navigate our internal network and lead with people to achieve great results.
Stakeholders include but are not limited to:C&CL and Marketing leadersFranchise Leaders (General managers)VP and Senior Director level stakeholders internallyQualification & Requirements:Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Commercial Strategy, Trade Marketing and DigitalProven abilities of Analytical Thinking, Leadership, Initiative, Teamwork, Work under Pressure, Adaptability, and Influence.Deep knowledge of FMCGs commercial area, Modern Trade, bottler economics, system levers, processes, and tools.Proven experience in Commercial planning and execution, with strong skills in Channel Strategy, Value or Route to market, Innovation and Portfolio strategy.Knowledge of connections, digital marketing, media strategy and communication planning for leader and smaller brands.Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.Communicating, influence and negotiate across multiple stakeholders.Experience in leading strategic conversations, negotiations and alignment with senior and key stakeholders.Skills:Agency Management, Collaborative Leadership, Communication, Connections Planning, Cross-Functional Teamwork, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Decision Making, Digital Media, Digital Signage, Financial Acumen, Google Analytics, Group Problem Solving, Marketing Campaigns, Marketing Strategies, Microsoft Office, Negotiation, Paid Search Marketing, Programmatic (Inactive), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media, Video Solutions, Waterfall Project Management.Our Purpose and Growth Culture:We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
