We empower our employees to challenge the status quo, make bold recommendations, experiment, and adapt, so we can grow together and make a great business even better.This is a Franchise Operations Director for the assigned Brazil South region; develops short- and long-range objectives consistent with organization guidelines; drives the Company's strategic vision; recommends plans and budgets; develops relationships with key constituencies including bottlers and internal areas; contributes to the creation of a marketing strategy to maximize business opportunities.Manages within a nominated sub-function or related sub-functions; typically a highly experienced manager who is accountable for medium-term planning; decisions tend to be more tactical and operational at the regional level.What You'll Do for UsResponsible for the ongoing growth through the franchise system.Development of short and long-range objectives consistent with organization guidelines.Develop relationships with key constituencies including bottlers.Increase connection with internal areas, including O2O and C&CL areas.Business Development: identify and develop business opportunities and plans, continuous analysis of business opportunities through extensive information, development of the operational plans and calendar to improve business results.
Deeply understand local consumers and customers' needs in key channels, in order to develop plans to increase volume, change package mix, and generate more profitability to KO System Business.
Analyze issues by packages and develop activities focusing on trade, sales force, and consumers, and work closely with other related areas, such as Shopper, RGA, Marketing, Technical, and Finance resulting in robust plans.Innovation & Complexity: Responsible for defining new directional methods, techniques, and/or processes.
Extensively analyzes problems and recommends new direction or advancements within job area/function having a broad impact on the organization.Communication & Influence: Required to negotiate and compromise to influence internal and external parties to accept concepts, practices, and approaches of the job function.
