Aptar designs and manufactures a broad range of drug delivery, consumer product dispensing and active material science solutions. Aptar's organizational structure consists of three Business segments: Beauty, Pharma and Closures. Beauty Segment mainly sells dispensing pumps (spray pumps, lotion pumps, airless pumps), aerosol and applicators for the fragrance, make up and skin care markets.


THIS IS HOW YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS:


The Director, GBPO Order-to-Cash is empowered, accountable and responsible for named process in Aptar globally - across all segments and regions – to drive standardization, continuous improvement, and transparency through process design, operating model and performance reporting. He/ she works in close collaboration with the VP GBS, the entire GBS Global Leadership Team, Operational Excellence, IS Delivery and Aptar-internal GBS clients to plan, govern and execute all aspects of the process management globally.


Acts Global Ownership of named end-to-end business process.
Is empowered to execute Process Design: define standards and drive harmonization in the activities required to execute the process in Aptar.
In collaboration with Operations Director, GBS Excellence and Segments, identify new inflow opportunities.
Influences Platforms and Technology in collaboration with Aptar-IS to define hardware, software and tools needed to execute the process to drive continuous improvement with advancing technology especially Artificial Intelligence.
Is accountable for cost and performance of named process.
Identifying challenges and opportunities that can be leveraged for the benefit of Aptar's Performance and Customers/End Users Experience.
Prioritizing and Implementing needed changes for the identified challenges and opportunities.
Monitors industry trends and drive technology and best-practices changes to drive competitive advantage for Aptar.
Is responsible for the integration/carve-out of process activities further to M&A.
Drives effectiveness and efficiency through best-in-class processes and tools.
Collaborates within VP GBS and the entire GBS Leadership Team and other key stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze data to streamline processes.
Collaborates with Segments, Operational Excellence, IS and other key stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback to streamline processes.
Ensures Segments / Operations are fully trained on the process requirements.
Ensures compliance with laws, rules and regulations.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING ON THE JOURNEY:


Education/Experience
General University degree or proven track record.
Knowledge and certification (ideally Black Belt) in Lean Six Sigma methodology.
10+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience defining processes and driving continuous improvements.
Must have previous SSC/GBS direct experience.
Language requirement: English and other fluent second language.
Willing to travel up to 50% of time.
