About The Job:  The Global Leader of HR Operations will be a member of the HR Leadership Team ("HRLT") and key leader of our HR transformation while spearheading the efficiency and effectiveness of global human resources. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and operational excellence to deliver key HR services. Collaborating with HR and business leaders from diverse regions and business lines, you will assess and improve services, develop strategic HR solutions, and ensure seamless operations. Supported by peers in HR, IT, and senior leadership, this leader will own and drive process, systems, data, and overall operational excellence globally. You will lead the HRIS strategy, evaluation, and implementation,.), HR data and programs, and payroll software. By leveraging technology, refining processes, and fostering continuous improvement, you will significantly impact our employees and support our HR partners worldwide. It is preferred that this position be remote or hybrid and would ideally be based out of one of our global locations in Birmingham, MI USA, Cordoba, Argentina, Indaiatuba , Brazil, or Turin, Italy. Global travel will be between around 20%.
PROCESS LEADERSHIP  Lead global HR processes across all HR practice areas including global standardization of processes and role definition where appropriate. Lead enablement and transformation activities to deliver a leading employee experience across the employee lifecycle, global payrolls, and data administration. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR processes and systems with business needs. Act as project sponsor or manager of HR Operations implementation and improvement initiatives, responsible for resourcing, timelines and budget. Help support and train the HR Organization on common employee processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes, policies, and practices that enhance the employee experience. SYSTEM LEADERSHIP  Lead HRIS scoping, selection, and integration in partnership with IT. Maintain HRIS technology as required. Accountable to manage HRIS partner against stated KPI's. Lead HR analytics strategy, execution, and management. Partner with Global Strategy and Planning and IT org to ensure consistent framework, tech, and integration across business processes. Establish data visualization tool and HR dashboard framework. DATA ADMINISTRATION LEADERSHIP  Leverage data to tell a compelling story about HR service delivery through insights to opportunities, enhancements, and trends. Ensure standards are set for robust, timely, and precise data management. Establish process for accurate maintenance of core HRIS data. Accountable to ensure that data is efficiently and effectively utilized across HR technology and analytics and other business processes and technologies. Lead or support Merger and Acquisition activities. Point person for HR Software enhancements, expansion of services, process changes, and data quality programs. Ensure compliance with HR policies through partnership with Legal, Global Compliance, Audit, and other process partners as required. Lead core HR vendor management including partnership with Procurement on sourcing and managing overall vendor KPI's. Oversee the management of HR Operations across several countries ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. You need not be an expert in all labor laws and regulations. QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years of global HR Operations or Shared Services experience including 3 years in progressive leadership roles. Minimum 5 years working with technical teams to implement, improve and define HR Solutions. Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science or other relevant field. Project Management Certification and/or Lean Six Sigma experience. A successful candidate will have led at least one HRIS full cycle implementation. Experience in data analytics.
