Director of Latin American Partner Management, AWS Partner Organization As the Director of Latin America ("LatAm") Partner Management, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team driving AWS's partner strategy and execution across 39 countries in the Latin America region.
You will be the single-threaded owner and visionary for the AWS "Partners Everywhere" strategy in the LatAm region, ensuring thousands of consulting, technology, distribution, and solution provider partners have the capabilities, collaboration, and execution plans to deliver innovative AWS solutions to customers.
As a leader in the AWS Partner Organization, you will own and drive multiple senior leadership team level goals which will directly impact the organization's revenue targets, headcount, and P&L.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: São Paulo (Brazil), Miami (USA), or Mexico City (Mexico).Key job responsibilities Develop and execute the overarching partner strategy and growth plans for the LatAm region to meet revenue targets.Own executive relationships with the region's top partners and coordinate joint investment and enablement plans.Serve as the voice of partners in LatAm: evolving AWS programs, AWS Marketplace, ProServe, sales and partner experience.Collaborate across AWS sales leadership to align partner initiatives with the broader go-to-market motion.Ensure the correct mechanisms, collaboration, communication, and execution elements are in place to consistently advance the capability of our partners to deliver AWS Solutions and Value to customers and partners.Hire, mentor, and develop a diverse team of Partner Managers, Partner Solutions Architects, Partner Development Specialists, fostering an inclusive environment that celebrates uniqueness and empowers individuals from underrepresented groups.About the team The AWS Partner Organization (APO) provides a unified, outstanding experience to customers working with partners, and ensures our builders are empowered to be successful.
