-Consumer segment company; -Experience in B2C and e-commerce are essential; -Responsible for defining the trade strategy in all sales channels, developing an annual investment plan; -Elaborate strategic planning aimed at the areas of promotion and sales and manage sales incentive campaigns; -Establish guidelines for merchandising actions; participation in events that are aligned with the company's business strategies; -Manage calendar and digital promotional actions according to the sales channel strategy; -Monitoring and end-to-end management of campaigns and actions; -Leadership in the review and definition of commercial policies and trade incentives, seeking a better balance between channels and investment optimization; -Knowledge of CRM technology tools, ecommerce in addition to Nielsen, Scantech, Kantar; -Strong experience in people management; -Graduation in Marketing / Communication / Administration; -Postgraduate, advanced English; -Location: city of Sao Paulo.
