The ideal candidate is a leader who can successfully develop and manage a M&A team. ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development: Responsible for the strategy of the M&A area, including developing and implementing mergers and acquisitions strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.Opportunity Identification: Research and identify potential acquisition targets, and build relationships with stakeholders such as executives, investors, founders, and external consultants.Negotiations: Lead negotiations with potential acquisition companies, from drafting terms, agreements, and contracts, to reviewing proposals to ensure the deal's viability.QualificationsSolid M&A Experience: Extensive experience in end-to-end M&A processes, including market analysis, trend identification, compliance and governance, and all due diligence validation processes leading to successful outcomes.Post-M&A Integration: Experience in developing and executing integration plans, ensuring the harmonization of processes, culture, and systems, maximizing synergies, and minimizing risks will be a plus.Analytical and Financial Skills: Ability to evaluate and model the financial impacts of transactions.Team Management Experience: Proven experience in managing teams.Fluent English: Required.
