We're looking for a Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our remote team.
Requirements
Responsibilities:

Review and evaluate customer disputes and complaints to determine their validity and the appropriate course of action.
Conduct thorough investigations into disputed transactions, gathering all necessary information and evidence.
Prepare detailed and persuasive responses to customer disputes, addressing each issue with accuracy and professionalism.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather additional information and ensure timely resolution of disputes.
Escalate complex disputes to senior management or legal counsel as needed and assist in the development of strategies for resolution.
Maintain accurate records of dispute resolution activities and outcomes for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

1+ experience in dispute resolution or a related field.
Experience handling disputes in Stripe.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and other relevant software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Fluent in English (C1-C2 level).

Working Hours:

Part-time, 20 hours per week
Monday to Friday, during daytime hours (EST)
