You will design and implement a Diversity and Inclusion strategy that positively impacts BairesDev's positioning with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a cell within the business units and ensuring coherence and alignment with our brand and business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to grow with one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry.What you will do:- Build and execute a cohesive D&I strategy for 2023-2028, tracking a short-, mid-, and long-term action plan that aligns with the company's brand and business goals.Implement a scoring, monitoring, and reporting system for D&I-related KPIs. Analyze and design actions to optimize results.- Guide our DE&I position and narrative, providing strategic support for diversity campaigns, and aligning corporate communications with stakeholders.- Create and implement BairesDev's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policy.
