Technical Information Specialist - Indaiatuba/SPAs a Technical Information Specialist for John Deere, in the Regional Office at Indaiatuba/SP, you will be responsible for the development of technical publications for all John Deere products, together with the Enterprise Technical Information Development (ETID) team, being a key member for ensuring equipment uptime and availability, supporting dealers and customers with technical information.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to innovation & strategy projects supporting standards, automation, machine learning, continuous lifecycle, and advanced diagnostic solutions for enterprise initiatives;Work in partnership with product engineering and customer support representatives to identify and define solutions improving technician pain-points, efficiency, and customer uptime;Collaborate with product engineering and customer support engineering to define hardware, software, and technical information required to support Design for Diagnostics and Diagnose in less than 1 hour;Support project leader, technical information specialists, and training development specialist to create and execute a development plan that meets quality, efficiency, and economic requirements;Lead and oversee technical information development activities by identifying, scoping, and assigning work to global internal and external content development resources;Own and conduct technical content reviews with content developers and subject matter experts for quality outcomes;Provide work direction, mentoring, and training to local, remote, or contract authoring center(s) as necessary.Skills You NeedGraduation in Engineering: Electric, Mechatronic, Automation, Agricultural, Mechanical, and others;Fluent English: Advanced writing/speaking skills for coordinating meetings, negotiating with suppliers, and leading teams;Thorough knowledge in engineering principles, theory, and practice;Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting systems, functions, and components;Proven organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities;Experience in decision making and driving high levels of customer satisfaction;Experience and knowledge of Product Development as well as Customer & Product Support processes.What Makes You Stand OutGlobal cross-functional experiences with engineering areas (design, manufacturing, quality, & validation);Strong technical and analytical skills to detect, diagnose, and resolve complex machine issues, particularly with hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems;Ability to influence without authority, adapt with ease, and overcome adversity;A team player who helps to build a highly engaged and energized work environment, modeling the organization vision, linking that vision to daily activities;Digital dexterity experience with business applications: macros, dashboards, shared sites;Previous work experience in one or more of the following: technical training, engineering, field representative, central product/customer support, service engineering.
