Through the CMA CGM Foundation, the Group acts in humanitarian crises that require an emergency response by mobilizing the Group's shipping and logistics expertise to bring humanitarian supplies around the world.Present in 160 countries through its network of more than 400 offices and 750 warehouses, the Group employs more than 155,000 people worldwide, including 4,000 in Marseilles where its head office is located.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage all import and export activities.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.Liaise with shipping companies, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues that arise during transit.Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions.Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.Stay updated with changes in international trade laws and regulations.Personal Qualifications:University degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.Fluent in English (both written and spoken).Minimum of 5 years of experience in import/export coordination.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of integrity and professionalism.Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.All positions are affirmative for the PwD public.
