This position will be located in New Brunswick, New Jersey, Skillman, New Jersey, Zug, Switzerland, São Paulo, Brazil, and Singapore, with remote capabilities.

As a key member of the Data Analytics and Digital Acceleration Team, this role will be uniquely positioned to work collaboratively with strategic external partners and data management leaders across the business and technology to passionately understand our data needs, define and operationalize our global data management strategy, approach and roadmap, and drive data excellence across regions that enable outcomes that matter in our local markets.
The role will create the strategic vision on J&J's consumer data strategy, standard hierarchies for capture of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party consumer data, ensure robust data definitions and translation of business strategy to specific use cases (e.g., performance marketing, CRM), and requisite consumer data strategy.
This role works closely with the regional data strategy leaders and the respective "middle office" organizations to ensure we're step-changing our consumer data health and management to ensure delivery of our growth objectives.
This role also works closely with their technology counterparts to shape our consumer 360 data asset construction, and related marketing and advertising technology platforms around the world.
As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and expert in data management, this role will empower our technology and business partners through the delivery of high-quality data that will be foundational in achieving our digital-first ambitions.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
This role will own and drive data management and governance activities for consumer data, including the following:

- Ensure adherence to developed data standards
- Ensuring data standards in consultation with regional and functional teams for consumer data globally
- Ensure compliance with the developed data standards
- Ensuring compliance with the established data governance policies and standards across the consumer data domain
- Refine and maintain data standards
- Supporting the review and refinement of data governance policies and standards on a periodic basis
- KDEs identification and definition
- Driving the identification and definition of Key Data Elements (KDEs) that need to be governed globally, as well as their corresponding use-case policies and data standards
- Monitor data quality
- Measuring and monitoring data quality indices (DQI) to drive consumer data accountability globally
- Serve as data program manager
- Possessing project/program management skillset to manage various data management projects, track initiatives, and effectively handle the closure of open issues

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Management, Business, or a similar field
- 15 plus years of leadership experience in the Data Management and Governance space, ideally with over 5 years in the Consumer Health industry
- 10 plus years of people management experience
- Experience setting up and operationalizing Data Governance and Management globally
- Hands on experience with use of MDM and Data Cataloging tools
- A strong understanding of use cases, data sets, and sources of data (internal and external) required to support a Consumer Health organization's needs
- High degree of understanding of Consumer data domain
- Experience successfully operating in the capacity of a data owner
- Ability to lead without reporting authority and achieve outcomes in
