This professional will act developing business with the largest vehicle and heavy equipment manufacturers in Brazil, prospecting for new clients and sustainable development of the current client portfolio, complying with local business premises and the global company strategy. This professional will define the strategic plan for accounts, seek market information and trends, strengthen relationships with clients and internal areas that interface with accounts.Main Responsibilities • Responsible for the business P&L, which includes formulating realistic annual quotes and targets.• Controlling and managing budgets and taking appropriate and timely actions, which results in maximized long-term sales and profits.• Formulating and implementing effective strategies that will maximize sales, margin, and Mobile Solutions market share.• Establishing the pricing strategies needed to gain penetration and market share, while meeting the company's defined profit objectives.• Evaluating and communicating market trends, customer preferences, competitive information, pricing actions to senior management.• Improving and strengthening global initiatives such as Opportunity Assessment, Sales Pipeline, CRM, APD, etc.• Keep informed about the preferences of customers, competitors, laws, and government regulations that may affect the business, generating containment actions.• Protect current businesses, with a view to growth in the short, medium, and long term.• Monitor the profitability of the portfolio, taking actions together with multifunctional groups, always aiming to maintain it at levels defined.Travel: 20% of the time.Must have Qualifications Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory.Bachelor's degree on Engineering.7+ years of sales experience in the automotive market.Advanced Office Knowledge (mainly Excel and PowerPoint).Experience in market, economic and political scenario analysis.Preferred Qualifications Management and leadership experience.Intermediate or advanced Spanish.If you meet the requirements, want a challenge, have the energy to be part of a dynamic and growing company and is ready to take the next step in your career, apply now and come with us shape the future of our Mobile Solutions Sales strategies and make a World of Difference!#SalesOpportunity #OEMSales #JoinOurTeam
