We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated **DPO (Data Protection Officer)** to join our team. As a DPO, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, managing data processing activities, and implementing best practices to protect customer data.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Provide clarifications and take appropriate action to address data protection concerns
- Receive and manage communications from national data protection authorities
- Take necessary actions as required by these communications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Guide employees and contractors on best practices and policies regarding the protection of personal data
- Perform other duties related to data protection as determined by the data controller or established in complementary regulations
- Stay updated on changes in data protection laws and regulations to ensure continuous compliance

**Requirements**:
**To be successful in this role, you should have**:

- Proven experience as a Data Protection Officer or similar role
- Experience in digital platforms or Big Tech in data protection, privacy law, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR and other relevant data protection frameworks
- Proven experience in developing and implementing data protection policies and procedures
- Preferably Lawyer
