This responsibility has driven them to deliver significant societal and economic benefits to not just the Kingdom, but also to many communities, economies, and countries that rely on the vital and reliable energy they supply.This company is one of the most profitable in the world and amongst the top five global companies by market capitalization.LHR AmericasLHR Americas recruits people from around the world to work in Saudi Arabia.Who are we looking for?Our client is seeking a supervisor to join their Drilling & Workover department who supervises and oversees the operations of contract drilling or workover rigs working for them engaged in carrying out programmed work.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering with 7 years of experience working in drilling and workover operations including adequate supervisory experience on a drilling or workover rig.Or completion of ITC: English, ERW, Math, MI with 13 years relevant experience in drilling and workover operations including supervisory experience generally acquired by progression on a drilling or workover rig.Willing to live in remote areas in mobile camps.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and oversee all operations performed on our wells.Make recommendations on alternative methods or equipment when unusual situations are encountered.Coordinate deliveries of materials to the well to ensure it is available when required.Ensure that the contractor meets all requirements of his contract.Work with Drilling and Workover engineers to see that modern drilling practices are followed.Approve contractor's daily tour report.Ensure that contractor rig and equipment are properly maintained to avoid downtime.Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by Supt.Ensure that our blowout prevention standards are met in all respects including equipment configuration, testing, and crew response.
