Who are we looking for? Our client is seeking a supervisor to join their Drilling & Workover department to supervise and oversee the operations of contract drilling or workover rigs engaged in programmed work.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 7 years of experience working in drilling and workover operations, including adequate supervisory experience on a drilling or workover rig.
Completion of ITC: English, ERW, Math, MI with 13 years relevant experience in drilling and workover operations including supervisory experience generally acquired by progression on a drilling or workover rig.
Willing to live in remote areas in mobile camps.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and oversee all operations performed on our wells.
Make recommendations on alternative methods or equipment when unusual situations are encountered.
Coordinate deliveries of materials to the well to ensure it is available when required.
Ensure that the contractor meets all requirements of his contract.
Work with Drilling and Workover engineers to see that modern drilling practices are followed.
Approve contractor's daily tour report.
Ensure that contractor rig and equipment are properly maintained to avoid downtime.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by Supt.
Ensure that our blowout prevention standards are met in all respects including equipment configuration, testing, and crew response.
Assure that rig and personnel comply with our established safety standards and procedures.
Job Benefits
Monthly Base Salary – aligned with company employees with similar skills.
Monthly Overbase – 25% of your monthly base salary.
Benefits Supplement – 20% of your monthly base salary, increasing with years of service.
Severance Package – year 2 to 5: 2 weeks' pay for each year of service, Year 6+: 4 weeks' pay for each year after.

Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) – eligible after 12 months of service.
Incentive Plan – annual; based on performance.
Travel Allowance – annual; for household members residing in Saudi Arabia.
