Driver Field Executive (Contract)

Currently, we are launching our service to Turkey and we are seeking severalField Executive/Driver Field Sales to join the Driver Operations team!

Office location: Sisli, Istanbul
What You'll Do

Finding drivers through both offline (truck stand) and online (social media for example) channels
Find and meet a new potential driver who has a smartphone and independent driver; guide them through the registration process, and provide necessary information and convert them to be Lalamove's Driver
Address drivers' questions about our platform, services, and registration procedures.
Offer accurate and clear information to build trust and encourage driver participation.
Gather and process drivers' personal and vehicle information accurately during interactions.
Ensure precision in recording this data for driver registration and verification purposes.
Act as a connection between drivers and the company, promptly sharing relevant information or issues with the concerned department.
Achieve branded sticker acquisition and retention targets every period.
Requirements

Smartphone is a must since a lot of work involves taking photos and sending photos
Good Communication Skills in both Turkish and basic communication in English
