Descrição:Bachelor or Masters Degree;Qualification in business with regional experience;Desirable experience in a similar position in Fashion and or consumer goods companies;Intensive regional and communication ecosystem experience;Fluent in English with good presentation skills is mandatory; additional Asian language skills would be ideal;Have an integrated DTC mindset, a passion for store planning and working closely with regional distributors;Strong budget and project management skills, attention to detail and communication skills;Occasional travel required;Knowledge & enthusiasm about fashion industry and pop culture is an ideal advantage;Microsoft Office knowledge essential.Responsibilities:Leading the Retail development for Havaianas Stores in APAC;Implementation of retail guidelines to all Havaianas stores in APAC, ensuring brand consistency in the region and achieving commercial goals through optimum display and storage;Transform distributor's stores, complete makeover for store image, display & storage capacity;Develop retail concepts for APAC, evolving from current concepts for brand identity and updating shopper experience;Special interior design projects for Flagship stores in APAC, providing unique retail experiences with retail technology & local elements;In-store communication, big bet tool kit, and visual communication in APAC;Local fixtures sourcing, production & development.
