Job Description: Maintain and develop investor presentation materials, databases, and periodic reports on performance and track record of DWM and our impact fundsDevelop and maintain databases of existing and prospective investors Help prepare annual reporting, including the annual DWM Impact ReportOrganize and support responses to Due Diligence Questionnaires or periodic questions from institutional investors on DWM and our impact fundsSupport on-boarding of institutional investors to DWM's impact fundsOrganize and take part in remote and in-person investor reporting or marketing meetings Update DWM website and initiate or support social media reporting on events relevant to DWM Location: The majority of the institutional investor focus is likely to be in Europe and the United States, and the IR Associate will be supporting two DWM Partners based in New York City metropolitan area, in the United States. The position will be based remotely out of Latin America.
Reporting to: This position will report to the Head of Products & Partnerships, working closely as well with the Portfolio Management Team for Private Credit, and the Director of Impact.
An ideal candidate should have the ability to professionally and passionately represent and articulate the theory of change behind DWM's impact investment strategies. It is likely this will best be supported by: A university degree Experience in investor relations and capital raising is strongly preferredAdvanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other Office programsExperience and high aptitude with CRM systemsExcellent verbal, and written communication skills in English; further languages would be a plusSolid organizational & time management skillsHigh motivation and attention to detailAbility to learn quickly and to work both independently and as part of a teamProfessional demeanor and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills Ability to represent the firm with potential and existing investors including travel, at times, on his/her ownExperience in microfinance or other impact investment sectors is a plus You are encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match each of the desired qualifications.
