**Job Description**:
As a Dynamics 365 Architect, you will be an essential part of the Acceleration Team, responsible for ensuring the technical integrity of Dynamics 365 implementations.You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that contribute to a better world as a part of our path to become the most digitalized company in the world.

**More Specifically, You Will**:
- Gather technical requirements and propose innovative solutions based on POC/MVP architectural and business needs.
- Collaborate with diverse business groups, including DBO (Digital Builders Organization), to define project specifications for Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Develop comprehensive technical solution designs for various Dynamics 365 modules, such as Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
- Engage with internal customers during product demos and evaluations to gather feedback and fine-tune solutions.
- Enhance development, testing, and release processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Document technical risks and issues proactively, working to avoid, mitigate, and resolve risks and technical debt.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, business analysts, and technical leads to establish project timelines and facilitate seamless requirements gathering.
- Coordinate and support development tasks among various teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Contribute to upskilling efforts by sharing knowledge and mentoring technical leads in new technologies and Dynamics 365 enhancements.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of practical experience in implementing and managing field services solutions at an enterprise level, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant discipline (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com).
- 2+ years of consulting or relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong facilitation skills for conducting productive meetings with project team members and sponsors.
- Excellent ability to translate technical information into easily understandable business concepts.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
- Great interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Autonomous and creative thinking with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages such as French, Portuguese, and Spanish is an asset.
