You will be part of the team responsible for the commercial success of the market and become the key stakeholder in providing commercial and customer-facing requirements for the development of a competitive product. Delivering a localized product and addressing key customer pain points are fundamental to this role. This is a commercially driven role with a holistic and tech-agnostic perspective. Expertise in specific products (casino or sportsbook) is not mandatory but considered an asset.ResponsibilitiesOwn the local site experience within the commercial team, covering customer onboarding and compliance journeys, promotional journeys, payment/KYC journeys, and all other journeys critical to achieve the commercial targets related to player acquisition and retention.Identify and address hassle points and churn drivers within the product and promotional journeys.Own site analytics and optimization within the local team. Be the go-to person for site analytics and data. Live and breathe Google Analytics and put forward candidate cases for A/B testing and journey enhancements.Support the Country Manager with new product features and optimization requests. You will be their right-hand person for anything related to product experience.Owner of customer feedback reports within the local team with follow-up and investigation into the root cause of customer complaints.Brief on journey localization to the product department aligning with local copywriters.Conversion ownership within the local team (prospect visitor to new depositing customer).Owner of local native app experience.Feed into Product teams to raise items for sprints and product council discussion.
