Our team works closely with US clients to develop customized advertising and email marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and revenue.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Email and Ads Campaign Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
This role also involves creating and executing email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, alongside supporting e-commerce strategies for Shopify stores.
Candidates with graphic design skills will have an added advantage in creating visually appealing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Advertising Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads to maximize ROI.Plan and execute ad strategies aligned with business objectives and audience segmentation.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.Email Marketing and Automation: Design and implement email campaigns using Klaviyo, leveraging automation and personalization.Create engaging email content aligned with brand voice and objectives.Track and refine email campaign strategies to improve engagement and conversions.E-Commerce Strategy: Manage and optimize Shopify stores, focusing on customer experience and conversion rates.Collaborate with the e-commerce team to drive traffic and sales through targeted campaigns.Utilize analytics tools to enhance store performance.Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze performance across platforms, preparing detailed reports with actionable insights.Present results to stakeholders and recommend optimization strategies.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.Ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.Creative Design (Preferred): Design visually appealing ad creatives and email templates using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines.Qualifications and Experience:Required Skills:3+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.Proficiency in Klaviyo for email marketing, including automation and segmentation.Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce strategies.Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager.Nice to Haves:Graphic design skills with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email customization.Experience working with US clients in remote environments.What Success Looks Like:Increased ROI from optimized ad campaigns.Engaging and high-performing email marketing campaigns.Improved e-commerce performance, including traffic, conversions, and customer satisfaction.Please note: To ensure prompt processing of your application, we kindly request that you submit your resume and intro video in English format.#J-18808-Ljbffr
