We're a leading US-based e-commerce company, celebrating a decade of innovation with our flagship brand, Litcessory, specializing in accessories for Philips Hue lighting systems. Litcessory products allow customers to customize an existing product to fit their own needs - consumers range from typical homeowners who are DIY-ing (i.e. installing under-cabinet lighting in their kitchen), to business owners who are configuring professional office/display lighting.
As our E-Commerce Marketplace Manager, you'll spearhead our Amazon and other marketplace strategies, focusing on everything from PPC to listing uploads, SEO, sales promotions, and beyond. In this role, we're looking for someone who drives initiatives forward with minimal supervision. It's all about maximizing our brand's potential on marketplaces, ensuring the health of our account across all marketplaces, and keeping us steps ahead of the competition. With Amazon accounting for 95% of our sales, we're eager to expand our growth and presence on other emerging marketplaces.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop and execute robust marketplace strategies for Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and HomeDepot.com.
Analyze sales and market trends to understand factors driving fluctuations, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
Review current product offerings to expand or reduce lines as necessary.
Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
Conduct competitor tracking and analysis to stay ahead of market trends and opportunities.
Manage multiple e-commerce platforms with a strong emphasis on Amazon and Shopify.
Identifies needs for new products, services, and changes to existing products and makes recommendations to leadership.
Manage inventory and listings, including flat file uploads, to keep our product offerings fresh and compelling
Manage PPC campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and sales, focusing heavily on Amazon and Shopify.
Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
Optimize product listings and SEO across platforms to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
Manages product listing pages including working with outside photographers and videographers to create content for listings and advertisements.
Oversee the health and compliance of our accounts across all platforms, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
Maintain detailed documentation of processes and procedures for each marketplace.
Protect our brand integrity by vigilantly monitoring marketplaces to identify and remove counterfeit or trademark violations.
Skills and Experience:
At least three years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management, with extensive experience in both Amazon and Shopify.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skilled at Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets.
Experienced in Amazon seller tools such as Helium 10 and JungleScout.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Schedule:
Full time (40hrs/week)
Monday to Friday
Must have overlap with 9AM to 3PM Eastern Time
