**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source new products and suppliers to expand our e-commerce offerings.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for our e-commerce store.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure stock accuracy.
- Perform quality control remote checks on incoming and outgoing products, with a focus on peptides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including those in different time zones, to optimize inventory management processes.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of inventory management systems.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to inventory and operations.
- Provide support to customer service in resolving inventory-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce operations.
- Evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, pricing, lead times, and reliability.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with suppliers on the manufacturing of new products, including providing specifications, timelines and quality requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end process of bringing new products to market, from initial concept to launch on the e-commerce store.
- Continuously assess product performance and make recommendations for improvements or discontinuations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturing partners.
- Ensure all products and suppliers comply with relevant regulations and company standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in inventory management and quality control, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or e-commerce operations.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams across different time zones.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed.

**Nice to have**:

- Strong knowledge of peptides and their handling procedures is highly desirable.
