Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Define criteria for projects coordinated by the ETO Project Management area, ensuring strategic alignment.Coordinate scope handover and kickoff meetings, detailing demands and involving all relevant areas.Develop and manage project schedules, defining control points, milestones, and ensuring periodic updates.Monitor project costs and margins, presenting performance indicators to management and striving for optimized results.Develop procedures aligned with the workflow of EagleBurgmann's new operational structure.Facilitate communication between the company and the client, ensuring the submission, approval, and adjustment of projects by Engineering.Oversee the material flow, including approvals for purchases exceeding the initial budget.Manage scope changes and contractual amendments, aligning internal and external demands.Conduct lessons learned and project closure meetings with clients to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and identify improvement opportunities (NPS).Monitor and present KPIs related to project performance.Work based on PMI and Design Thinking concepts, aligned with EagleBurgmann's values and principles.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.Advanced EnglishIntermediate Spanish (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
