Partner with clients to help unlock their brand's full creative potential on Amazon and other marketplaces through copywriting and design initiatives. You'll feel comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once, have strong time management and communication skills, and possess a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics, particularly when it comes to design (infographics, brand stores, social media, etc.). You'll partner with other team members to bring content and creative projects to life while gathering and addressing direct client feedback along the way. The ability to think creatively and outside the lines is always encouraged.Responsibilities:Become an expert on all marketplace content and creative offerings including tools, internal processes, and best practicesHelp develop and implement content strategies to support client's business objectivesOptimize Amazon content including keywords, titles, bullet points, and image stacksWork with the design team to create graphics for client product detail pages, stores, and A+Conduct competitor research and analysis to support content and creative recommendationsCreate Amazon post and customer engagement calendars and track performance metricsHelp build content trackers and timelines to keep projects on track and communicate project statusLearn the basics of client services and support senior content team members and account managers in client communicationsCollaborate with the content team to ensure that all assets align with brand guidelines and are optimized for conversion.Support cross-functional collaboration with other teams to ensure successStay up to date with industry trends and best practices for content creation and optimization
