Job Overview: We are seeking an Experienced E-commerce Specialist who is well-versed in Shopify and e-commerce advertising and selling to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in managing TikTok shops, marketing on various platforms, and handling all aspects of Shopify. Experience in dropshipping, Pinterest, and product listing is essential. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies to drive online sales growth. The successful candidate will be sharp and proactive, able to generate innovative business ideas and communicate effectively with the business owner. Work Schedule: Part-time. A Minimum of 20 hours of workload per week Flexible working hours from Monday to Sunday. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Shopify stores and TikTok shops to drive sales and improve user experience. Develop and execute effective marketing strategies, including but not limited to social media advertising. Implemented and managed dropshipping operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images. Monitor and analyze website performance, sales metrics, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement. Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Implement strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and average order value. Manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the team to develop promotional campaigns and product launches. Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to ensure our strategies remain competitive. Generate and present innovative business ideas to the business owner. Communicate effectively with the business owner to discuss strategies and progress. Qualifications: Proven 2-4 years of experience as an E-commerce Specialist Expertise in managing TikTok shops and marketing on various social media platforms. In-depth knowledge of dropshipping, product listing, and inventory management. Proficient in Pinterest and e-commerce social media management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Sharp, proactive, and capable of generating innovative business ideas.
