We are seeking an Economics/Business teacher for August 2025.
The ideal candidate would have IB experience, but A-Level or AP experience would suffice.
If the candidate is available to start earlier, this would also be an advantage.
The ability to teach another subject would also be an advantage.
The school is a non-profit co-educational day school of approximately 2200 students aged 2 to 18 years on three sites.
The Primary sections follow the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and the Secondary sections follow KS3, IGCSE and IB Diploma programmes.

The British School, Rio de Janeiro (TBS) was founded in 1924 and is a co-educational, non-selective, non-denominational, international, non-profit school serving students from the ages of 2 to 18 years.
The school has an enrolment of around 2160 students across 3 school sites in the city of Rio de Janeiro: Botafogo (Primary); Urca (Secondary); and Barra (Primary and Secondary).

Apart from Portuguese and foreign languages, all classes are taught in English.
