A highly motivated and engaged Electrical Maintenance Project Engineer, responsible for driving maintenance equipment projects by closely collaborating with the Operational Maintenance and Manufacturing Engineering teams. This role involves overseeing the investigation, approval, development, and implementation of both equipment retrofitting and new equipment installations, with a focus on maintenance requirements. The engineer will achieve this by developing and updating procedures, ensuring compliance with local and global standards, and adhering to Brazilian regulations. Additionally, the role requires providing technical solutions in partnership with suppliers.
Main activities and responsibilities for this role:Participate in procurement projects for new equipment, ensuring Maintenance department needs and standards are met.Develop and implement an obsolescence plan for factory machines and equipment.Provide technical support for investment decisions related to obsolescence and equipment.Manage cost, schedule, and quality of maintenance equipment projects.Participate in procurement projects and ensure Maintenance department standards are met.Familiarity with NR10, NR12, NR13, NR33, and NR35 standards. To be responsible for NR10 and NR12 compliance.Organize training for maintenance teams on new equipment.Apply M_FMEA with suppliers during project stages and develop Preventive Maintenance Plans.Develop new suppliers for equipment, components, and maintenance services.Manage MPinfos, classify equipment components, and create/update TSPE (Technical Specifications).Ensure alignment with PM (Professional Maintenance) and EEM (Early Equipment Management) processes during equipment projects, including layout definition and RFQs (Request for Quotation).Who are you?We are looking for a team member with a strong customer focus who is committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive teamwork environment.
