What are we looking for?
Elixir Developer Main Tasks: Do the discovery phase for the feature to be implemented.
This may require to communicate with different teams, PM and Frontend engineers.
Unblock Junior Developers Review MRs.
This is an important aspect of the project.
Everyone needs to spend daily time reviewing other peoples MRs.
