You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all content fits within a given client's branding guidelines and follows strategic email guidelines.The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands, has digital agency experience, and is looking to contribute their creative abilities across clients that range from early-stage startups to thriving brands.What We're Looking For:Experience In Email Marketing Design: Proficiency in Photoshop & Figma and strong knowledge of responsive design principles.Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and challenge conventional thinking, all while upholding the standards of proper email strategy.Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail and ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in all email designs.ResponsibilitiesDesign Converting Emails: Design and create visually appealing and effective email templates and campaigns that align with the brand's messaging and goals. Ensure all email designs are mobile-responsive and compatible with various email clients and devices.Creative Collaboration: Work with the project team to understand campaign goals, target audience, and messaging to ensure email designs meet strategic objectives.Brand Consistency: Ensure all email designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all communications.
