Since our launch in 2020, over 77,000 people have used Grapevine to donate over $37 million to $5,000 nonprofits.Job Summary:We are presently in search of a skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns, building and managing email workflows and analyzing campaign performance to drive conversions. The ideal candidate should bring at least 3-5 years of professional experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or email marketing, with adeptness in a broad range of sales and marketing email tactics and a strong background in creating engaging marketing content.Responsibilities:Develop and execute both cold and warm email marketing campaigns that support the company's growth goals, including user acquisition, engagement, and retention.Build and manage email marketing automation workflows, including new user onboarding emails, automated emails for inbound leads, and campaigns to convert warm leads.Monitor and analyze email campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights to optimize campaigns.Manage targeting strategies for different audiences, working alongside a support team dedicated to sourcing leads and implementing email campaigns.Monitor and improve email deliverability to ensure consistent inbox placement.A/B test and iterate on email copy and strategy to meet organizational goals.Set KPIs for the Marketing team and progress report weekly.Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Customer Success, Community, and Product teams to proactively develop campaigns that address organizational needs and provide a stellar customer experience.Build and enhance additional marketing channel strategies, including content creation, community marketing, and social media management.Protect brand integrity by contributing to organizational communications, including social media, blog, PR, and web messaging.Requirements:Must-haves:3-5 years of professional experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or email marketing, especially cold email programs.Robust experience with a broad range of sales and marketing email tactics, with deep expertise in at least one area.Detail-oriented and creative thinker with strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in a fully remote environment.Ruthless prioritization skills – able to quickly and confidently identify the highest-impact areas of focus, and measure results.A go-getter who likes to wear a lot of hats and thrives in ambiguity.
