This is your opportunity to go further and impact the future of urban mobility.Responsibilities:Provide technical support for IoT devices and embedded systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in Linux-based embedded systems and other platforms.Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve hardware and software issues.Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and solutions.Assist in the deployment and configuration of IoT devices in various environments.Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in IoT and embedded systems.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Strong proficiency in Linux operating systems and troubleshooting.Knowledge of networking protocols and IoT communication standards (e.g., DHCP, HTTP, MQTT, CoAP).Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Perl, Python, shell scripts, or similar.Knowledge of troubleshooting tools such as curl, strace, gdb, tcpdump, wireshark.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Preferred Qualifications:Proven experience in embedded systems support, particularly in the IoT domain.Familiarity with other embedded systems and real-time operating systems (RTOS).Experience with IoT platforms and cloud services (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT).Experience with C/C++ programming language.Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for embedded systems.Certification in Linux or embedded systems (e.g., CompTIA Linux+, Embedded Linux).#J-18808-Ljbffr
