We are looking for a Empresa importante Cybersecurity Senior Auditor to join our team at AES.This position is responsible for executing Cybersecurity and Digital related audits and documenting recommendations on opportunities to strengthen operating performance and control sustainability within the Cybersecurity and Digital departments.
Primary responsibilities of the position will be focused on Cybersecurity and the processes established to implement a robust cybersecurity program.
This position will work as a collaborative business partner with broaden exposure to the company senior leadership in the Digital and Cyber areas.
Up to 35% of International and local travel required.ResponsibilitiesMonitor the rollout, implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity standards and policies.
Provide thought leadership and practical recommendations on methods to improve the Empresa importante implementation process in all AES businesses.Develop and execute audits and advisory projects from audit scoping to objectives definition and audit programs reporting.Build relationships and collaborate with the CISO and other senior leadership.
Communicate and articulate business insights and opportunities for improvement.Assist the Internal Audit Director in identifying andcommunicating significant Digital and Cybersecurity risks across AES.Ability to act in a Empresa importante position including local and international travel to facilitate work on a range of projects.Participate in and/or lead internal group activities in Internal Audit team's Digital Transformation efforts, including Data Analytics and automation.Oversee audits across a wide variety of risk areas such as system implementations, general IT controls and system administration.Evaluate AES cybersecurity exposure using cyber security tools and manual techniques to assess network security, end point security, cloud security, patch management, among others.Assist with the preparation and review of formal written reports expressing opinions on the adequacy and effectiveness of the systems.Provide best practice recommendations based on result of audit/assessments and monitor remediation of control deficiencies as needed.Provide technical recommendations in the areas of vulnerability assessment, network security, and security implementation.Qualifications5+ years of experience in an Information Technology focused role, specifically related to CyberSecurity.
Experience in auditing will be valued.CISA, CISSP, CIA or other relevant IT certification preferred.Proven experience with information security.Good understanding of antivirus, IPS/IDS and vulnerability management toolsTechnical skills in network, security appliances and firewallsExperience with Empresa importante cybersecurity controls implementationAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple requestsPossess strong writing, analytical and communication skillsUpper Intermediate/Advanced level of English is requiredUpper Intermediate/Advanced level of Spanish is requiredUp to 35% of International and local travel required.Location:
